Bubble Kids does not gather any personal identification data. Specifically:

• No Names, Email addresses, Phone numbers, or Addresses
• No Location data or GPS tracking
• No Photos, Camera access, or Voice recordings stored online
• No Social Media login integrations

2. Device Permissions & Usage

Bubble Kids requests minimal device permissions strictly required for offline educational interactive gameplay:

• Microphone (Optional): Used exclusively for local, real-time speech recognition during the "English Speaking & Phonics" practice module. Voice audio is processed locally on your device or via native Android speech services and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any external servers.
• Storage (Local Device Preferences): Used strictly on your device to save local stars, coins, and educational module progress via local preferences.

3. Advertising & Analytics

Bubble Kids contains Zero Third-Party Advertisements, zero targeted ads, zero behavioral tracking, and zero hidden analytics trackers. We ensure a safe, distraction-free environment for kids.

4. In-App Access & Trial Activation

The app offers a 2-Day Free Trial. Parents can unlock Lifetime Access via a standard one-time activation key system. Payment verification (UPI / WhatsApp) is handled directly by parents outside the app environment.

5. Parent Portal & Parental Controls

All sensitive settings, including speech speed/pitch accessibility and parental insights, are protected behind a standard Parent PIN gate (`1234`) to prevent accidental child interactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bubble Kids mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License & Educational Use

Kekruweb IT Solutions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bubble Kids for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes on compatible Android devices.

3. Free Trial & Lifetime Activation

• 2-Day Free Trial: Full access to all educational modules for 48 hours from initial installation.
• Lifetime Pass: One-time ₹99 payment unlocks permanent access tied to your unique Device ID. Activation keys are generated upon proof of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, graphics, audio, animations, trademarks, and code within Bubble Kids are the exclusive property of Kekruweb IT Solutions. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute any portion of the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bubble Kids is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kekruweb IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
